0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR A

0012|     COMMUNITY HEALTH RESOURCE CENTER IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for
    |
0018|     the purpose of establishing a community health resource center
    |
0019|     to provide education, prevention and early detection of disease
    |
0020|     in Dona Ana county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0021|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the
    |
0022|     general fund.
