0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO INCREASE CHILD-SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the human
    |
0017|     services department for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0018|     purpose of contracting with the Navajo nation to provide
    |
0019|     increased child-support enforcement in northwestern New Mexico. 
    |
0020|     Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0021|     fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
