       Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has
  been referred
  
                       HOUSE BILL 1308
                               
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 7, line 18, after "finance" insert "and in
  accordance with the state board of finance's adopted policies and
  procedures on financing approvals".
  
       2.  On page 9, line 21, after "purchaser," insert "including
  the New Mexico finance authority,".
  
       3.  On page 19, line 7, after "USES" insert "--RECONVEYANCE TO
  GRANTORS".
  
       4.  On page 19, lines 13 through 18, remove the brackets and
  line-through.
  

       5.  On page 19, line 13, strike "prevention" and insert in
  lieu thereof "protection".
  
       6.  On page 19, line 15, after "works" insert ", except for
  hydrographic surveys used by the state engineer for determining
  water rights,".
  
       7.  On page 19, line 19, strike "protection".
