0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the  labor
    |
0018|     department to contract with the free zone enterprise for
    |
0019|     expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of providing a
    |
0020|     training program for youth to develop ownership management
    |
0021|     skills to support for-profit ventures.  Any unexpended or
    |
0022|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998
    |
0023|     shall revert to the general fund.
