0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO SCHOOL

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board
    |
0017|     of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in
    |
0018|     fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of providing resources for the
    |
0019|     school of law library.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0020|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the
    |
0021|     general fund.
