                 HOUSE BILL 1227, as amended
                               
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1. Strike House Consumer and Public Affairs Committee
  Amendment 1.
  
       2.  On page 2, line 1, before the period insert ", insofar as
  those services are within the scope of their respective licenses and
  are substantially equivalent to services rendered by other medicaid
  providers".
