       Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom
  has been referred
  
     HOUSE BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR
                       HOUSE BILL 1223
                               
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       
       1.  On page 2, lines 21 and 22, strike "by public hearings
  conducted by the human services department" and insert in lieu
  thereof "by the children, youth and families department".
  
       2.  On page 2, strike lines 23 through 25, and on page 3,
  strike line 1.
  
       3.  Renumber the succeeding subsections accordingly.
