0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR INTERNET APPLIANCES FOR THE LIBRARY

0012|     IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifteen thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($15,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0017|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0018|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0019|     purpose of acquiring and installing internet appliances for
    |
0020|     public access to library catalog information in Rio Rancho in
    |
0021|     Sandoval county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0022|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the
    |
0023|     general fund.
