0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF MILITARY AFFAIRS

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     department of military affairs for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0018|     1998 to fund the state defense force.  Any unexpended or
    |
0019|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998
    |
0020|     shall revert to the general fund.
