       Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to
  whom has been referred
  
                       HOUSE BILL 1153
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 1, line 21, after the second comma strike the
  remainder of the line.
  
       2.  On page 1, line 22, strike "period or", and after the word
  "seven" insert "continuous" and strike ", whichever is less".
  
       3.  On page 8, line 12, after the second comma strike the
  remainder of the line.
  
       4.  On page 8, line 13, strike "rental period or" and strike
  "whichever".
  
       5.  On page 8, line 14, strike "is less, if the" and insert in
  lieu thereof "providing such".,
  
  and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
