       Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                 HOUSE BILL 1136, as amended
                               
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
            1.  On page 7, line 6, after the period insert:
  
  "The existence of a claim of a common law lien in the public record
  does not constitute a defect in the title of or an encumbrance on
  the real property described and does not affect the marketability of
  the title to the property.".
