0011| RELATING TO PHARMACY LICENSES; ENACTING A NEW SECTION OF THE

0013| ADMINISTRATIVE ATTACHMENT TO THE REGULATION AND LICENSING

0016| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0017| Section 1. A new section of the Pharmacy Act is enacted
|
0018| to read:
|
0019| "[NEW MATERIAL] BOARD OF PHARMACY--REMOVAL FROM
|
0020| ADMINISTRATIVE ATTACHMENT TO REGULATION AND LICENSING
|
0021| DEPARTMENT.--
|
0022| A. The board of pharmacy is not administratively
|
0023| attached to the regulation and licensing department. Executive
|
0024| Order 86-10 issued pursuant to legislative authority provided
|
0025| in Laws 1983, Chapter 297, Section 30 is void as it pertains to
|
0001| the control and supervision of the board of pharmacy by the
|
0002| regulation and licensing department.
|
0003| B. On the effective date of this act, all money,
|
0004| records, supplies, equipment, furniture and other personal
|
0005| property belonging to the board of pharmacy that is held by the
|
0006| regulation and licensing department shall be transferred to the
|
0007| board of pharmacy."
