0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR RECREATION PROGRAMS IN CHAPARRAL

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifteen thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($15,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0017|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0018|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0019|     purpose of purchasing sports equipment for the recreation
    |
0020|     programs in Chaparral and Anthony in Dona Ana county.  Any
    |
0021|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0022|     fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
