0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A COMMUNITY-BASED YOUTH ARTS AND

0012|     THEATER PROGRAM.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Sixty-six thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($66,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office
    |
0017|     of cultural affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0018|     purpose of creating and implementing a community-based youth
    |
0019|     arts and theater program for New Mexico artists based in
    |
0020|     Bernalillo county who will perform and exhibit throughout the
    |
0021|     state.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the
    |
0022|     end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
