                        HOUSE BILL 984
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.   On page 1, line 18, after "project" insert "; provided
  that the appropriation is contingent upon an equal amount of
  matching funds being contributed from private sources".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
