0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0018|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0019|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0020|     purpose of chip sealing, landscaping and installing a sprinkler
    |
0021|     system at La Casa de Buena Salud health clinic in Portales in
    |
0022|     Roosevelt county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0023|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the
    |
0024|     general fund.
