0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  Section 28-13-13 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1973,

0017|     Chapter 83, Section 1, as amended) is amended to read:

0018|          "28-13-13.  VETERANS' APPROVAL AGENCY CREATED.--There is
    |
0019|     created within the <s>[office of military affairs]</s> <u>veterans'
</u>    |
<u></u>0020| <u>    service commission</u> the "veterans' approval agency" to carry
    |
0021|     out the state's obligations under the provisions of 38 U.S.C.
    |
0022|     Section 1771."
