0011|     RELATING TO CAPITAL EXPENDITURES; CHANGING THE PURPOSE OF A

0012|     GENERAL FUND APPROPRIATION TO MESA TECHNICAL COLLEGE; MAKING AN

0013|     APPROPRIATION FOR FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS AT MESA TECHNICAL

0014|     COLLEGE IN QUAY COUNTY; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0017|          Section 1.  GENERAL FUND--MESA TECHNICAL COLLEGE--CHANGE
    |
0018|     IN PURPOSE--APPROPRIATION.--The balance of the general fund
    |
0019|     appropriation made to Mesa technical college pursuant to Laws
    |
0020|     1995, Chapter 222, Section 42 to plan and design a child
    |
0021|     development facility at the college in Tucumcari in Quay county
    |
0022|     shall not be expended for its original purpose but is
    |
0023|     appropriated to the governing board of Mesa technical college
    |
0024|     for facility improvements at the college to comply with federal
    |
0025|     Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 requirements.
    |
0001|          Section 2.  EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public
    |
0002|     peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.
