0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR STATE MATCHING FUNDS NECESSARY TO

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One million one hundred
    |
0017|     thousand dollars ($1,100,000) is appropriated from the general
    |
0018|     fund to the economic development department for expenditure in
    |
0019|     fiscal year 1998 to be used as state matching funds to obtain
    |
0020|     federal funds available for manufacturing extension programs. 
    |
0021|     Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0022|     fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
