0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND A PROFESSIONAL SURVEY OF THE

0012|     CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE OF WILLARD IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifteen thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($15,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0017|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0018|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0019|     purpose of conducting a survey of the corporate limits of the
    |
0020|     village of Willard in Torrance county.  Any unexpended or
    |
0021|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998
    |
0022|     shall revert to the general fund.
