0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND OPERATING EXPENSES OF AN ARTS

0012|     PROGRAM FOR SENIOR CITIZENS IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state
    |
0017|     agency on aging for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0018|     purpose of providing funds for operating expenses of a program
    |
0019|     designed to provide workshops, instruction and performances in
    |
0020|     the arts at senior citizen centers, meal sites and daycare
    |
0021|     centers throughout Bernalillo county.  Any unexpended or
    |
0022|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998
    |
0023|     shall revert to the general fund.
