0015| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
|
0016| Section 1. Section 10-11-90 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1987,
|
0017| Chapter 253, Section 90) is amended to read:
|
0018| "10-11-90. MUNICIPAL FIRE MEMBER COVERAGE PLAN 1--MEMBER
|
0019| CONTRIBUTION RATE.--A member under municipal fire member
|
0020| coverage plan 1 shall contribute [seven] eight percent of
|
0021| salary."
|
0022| Section 2. Section 10-11-91 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1987,
|
0023| Chapter 253, Section 91) is amended to read:
|
0024| "10-11-91. MUNICIPAL FIRE MEMBER COVERAGE PLAN 1--
|
0025| AFFILIATED PUBLIC EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTION RATE.--The affiliated
|
0001| public employer shall contribute [ten] eleven percent of
|
0002| the salary of each member [which] whom it employs and
|
0003| covers under municipal fire member coverage plan 1."
|
0004| Section 3. Section 10-11-96 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1987,
|
0005| Chapter 253, Section 96) is amended to read:
|
0006| "10-11-96. MUNICIPAL FIRE MEMBER COVERAGE PLAN 2--MEMBER
|
0007| CONTRIBUTION RATE.--A member under municipal fire member
|
0008| coverage plan 2 shall contribute [seven] eight percent of
|
0009| salary."
|
0010| Section 4. Section 10-11-97 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1987,
|
0011| Chapter 253, Section 97) is amended to read:
|
0012| "10-11-97. MUNICIPAL FIRE MEMBER COVERAGE PLAN 2--
|
0013| AFFILIATED PUBLIC EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTION RATE.--The affiliated
|
0014| public employer shall contribute [sixteen] seventeen and
|
0015| one-half percent of the salary of each member [which] whom
|
0016| it employs and covers under municipal fire member coverage plan
|
0017| 2."
|
0018| Section 5. Section 10-11-102 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1987,
|
0019| Chapter 253, Section 102) is amended to read:
|
0020| "10-11-102. MUNICIPAL FIRE MEMBER COVERAGE PLAN 3--MEMBER
|
0021| CONTRIBUTION RATE.--A member under municipal fire member
|
0022| coverage plan 3 shall contribute [seven] eight percent of
|
0023| salary."

0024| Section 6. Section 10-11-103 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1987,
|
0025| Chapter 253, Section 103) is amended to read:

0002| AFFILIATED PUBLIC EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTION RATE.--The affiliated

|
0006| under municipal fire member coverage plan 3."

0007| Section 7. Section 10-11-108 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1987,

0008| Chapter 253, Section 108) is amended to read:

0009| "10-11-108. MUNICIPAL FIRE MEMBER COVERAGE PLAN 4--MEMBER
|
0010| CONTRIBUTION RATE.--A member under municipal fire member
|
0011| coverage plan 4 shall contribute [eleven] twelve and eight-
|
0012| tenths percent of salary [starting with the first full pay
|
period in the calendar month in which municipal fire member
|
coverage plan 4 becomes applicable to the member]."

0015| Section 8. Section 10-11-109 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1987,
|
0016| Chapter 253, Section 109) is amended to read:
|
0017| "10-11-109. MUNICIPAL FIRE MEMBER COVERAGE PLAN 4--
|
0018| AFFILIATED PUBLIC EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTION RATE.--The affiliated
|
0019| public employer shall contribute [twenty] twenty-one and
|
0020| twenty-five one-hundredths percent of the salary of each member
|

0023| Section 9. Section 10-11-114 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1987,

0025| "10-11-114. MUNICIPAL FIRE MEMBER COVERAGE PLAN 5--MEMBER

0001| CONTRIBUTION RATE.--A member under municipal fire member
|
0002| coverage plan 5 shall contribute [fifteen] sixteen and two-
|
0003| tenths percent of salary [starting with the first full pay
|
period in the calendar month in which municipal fire member
|
coverage plan 5 becomes applicable to the member]."

0006| Section 10. Section 10-11-115 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1987,

0007| Chapter 253, Section 115) is amended to read:

0008| "10-11-115. MUNICIPAL FIRE MEMBER COVERAGE PLAN 5--
