  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 6, line 8 through 10, strike Subsection D in its
  entirety.
  
      2.  Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.
  
      3.  On page 9, line 16, strike "third party intervenor" and
  insert in lieu thereof "mediator".,
  
  and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
