  Mr. Speaker:
  
       Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 593
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 1, line 12, strike "A PROGRAM FOR" and insert in
  lieu thereof "THE SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING MINORITY ENGINEERING
  PROGRAMS, WHICH PROVIDE ACADEMIC SUPPORT SERVICES TO".
  
       2.  On page 1, line 19, strike "a program that" and insert in
  lieu thereof "the school of engineering minority engineering
  programs, which provide".
  
       3.  On page 1, line 20, strike "provides".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
