       1.  On page 12, line 8, strike the comma and insert in lieu
  thereof "or".
  
       2.  On page 12, line 8, strike "or condemn".
       
       3.  On page 15, line 24, strike ", the board".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
