  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 14, line 20, strike the semicolon and the
  underscored material and insert in lieu thereof a period.
  
       2.  On page 14, strike lines 21 through 23 in their entirety.,
  
  and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE
  COMMITTEE.
