APPROPRIATION.--Four hundred thousand dollars | 0016| ($400,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0017| vocational education division of the state department of public | 0018| education for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose | 0019| of expanding a high school education program for at-risk | 0020| teenage parents to additional sites located statewide. Funding | 0021| shall be used to hire additional personnel to establish and | 0022| teach at the new sites and to provide child-care services at | 0023| the new sites.
