       3.  On page 5, line 12, after "work" insert "or".
  
       4.  On page 7, line 13, strike "responsible" and insert in
  lieu thereof "reasonable".
  
       5.  On page 7, line 15, strike "three" and insert in lieu
  thereof "four".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
