0011|     RELATING TO LICENSURE; EXTENDING THE LIFE OF THE NEW MEXICO

0012|     STATE BOARD OF PSYCHOLOGIST EXAMINERS.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  Section 61-9-19 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1978,
    |
0016|     Chapter 188, Section 2, as amended by Laws 1996, Chapter 51,
    |
0017|     Section 8 and also by Laws 1996, Chapter 54, Section 11) is
    |
0018|     amended to read:
    |
0019|          "61-9-19.  TERMINATION OF AGENCY LIFE--DELAYED REPEAL.--
    |
0020|     The New Mexico state board of psychologist examiners is
    |
0021|     terminated on July 1, <s>[1997]</s> <u>2003</u> pursuant to the Sunset
    |
0022|     Act.  The board shall continue to operate according to the
    |
0023|     provisions of Chapter 61, Article 9 NMSA 1978 until July 1,
    |
0024|     <s>[1998]</s> <u>2004</u>.  Effective July 1, <s>[1998 Article 9 of]</s>
    |
0025|     <u>2004</u>, Chapter 61, <u>Article 9</u> NMSA 1978 is repealed."                       State of New Mexico
