0011|     RELATING TO PUBLIC HOLIDAYS; ESTABLISHING A GUADALUPE-HIDALGO

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  PUBLIC HOLIDAY--GUADALUPE-HIDALGO TREATY DAY.-
    |
0016|     -February 2 of each year shall be set apart and known as
    |
0017|     "Guadalupe-Hidalgo treaty day" in recognition and commemoration
    |
0018|     of the day in 1848 on which the Treaty of Peace, Friendship,
    |
0019|     Limits and Settlement, commonly known as the Treaty of
    |
0020|     Guadalupe-Hidalgo, was signed between the United States and the
    |
0021|     Mexican Republic.
