                        HOUSE BILL 452
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 1, line 16, after the second occurrence of "to"
  insert "four hours per child for a maximum of".
  
       2.  On page 1, line 17, strike ", without loss of pay,".
  
       3.  On page 1, line 18, strike "for each of the employee's
  children".
  
       4.  On page 2, line 4, strike "public".
  
       5.  On page 2, line 4, after the period insert "For the
  purposes of this section, "parent" means a custodial parent or
  guardian.".
  
       6.  On page 2, line 6, after the second occurrence of "to"
  insert "four hours per child for a maximum of".
  
       7.  On page 2, line 7, strike ", without loss of pay,".
  
       8.  On page 2, line 8, strike "for each of the employee's
  children".
  
       9.  On page 2, line 19, strike "public".
  
       10.  On page 2, line 19, after the period insert "For the
