       Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom
  has been referred
  
                  HOUSE BILL 420, as amended
                               
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  Strike House Education Committee Amendments 1 and 2.
  
       2.  On page 2, line 8, after "handicapped" strike the comma
  and insert in lieu thereof "and".
  
       3.  On page 2, line 9, after "child" insert a period.
  
       4.  On page 2, line 9, after the period strike the remainder
  of the line and strike lines 10 through 12 in their entirety.
