                        HOUSE BILL 403
                               
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.   On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "; MAKING AN
  APPROPRIATION".
  
       2.   On page 5, lines 2 and 3, strike "appropriated to the
  administrative office of the courts" and insert in lieu thereof
  "subject to appropriation".
