MEDICAID MANAGED CARE--REGIONALIZATION | 0016| REQUIRED.--If a managed care program for medicaid is | 0017| instituted, the human services department shall enter into | 0018| contracts to cover separate geographical regions in the state | 0019| and shall not enter into any contract that requires an entity | 0020| to provide statewide services in every geographical region of | 0021| the state.
