                  HOUSE BILL 320, as amended

  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 1, line 17, delete "AND".
  
       2.  On page 1, line 18, strike "DISPENSING" and insert in lieu
  thereof ", DISTRIBUTING AND ADMINISTERING".
