       Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 311
                               
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.   On page 3, line 9, after the semicolon, insert the word
  "or".
  
       2.   On page 3, line 12, strike the semicolon and the word
  "or" and insert in lieu thereof a period and closing quotation
  marks.
       
       3.   On page 3, delete lines 13 through 15.,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
