0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A COMPREHENSIVE

0012|     MASTER PLAN FOR THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0017|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0018|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0019|     purpose of developing a comprehensive master plan for the city
    |
0020|     of Carlsbad.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining
    |
0021|     at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general
    |
0022|     fund.
