0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Sixty-seven thousand eighty-
    |
0017|     five dollars ($67,085) is appropriated from the general fund to
    |
0018|     the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1998
    |
0019|     for the purpose of supporting various cultural and intellectual
    |
0020|     programs for at-risk youth, including art, music, dance and
    |
0021|     theater, at the Los Padillas community center in Bernalillo
    |
0022|     county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0023|     the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
