0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE STATE HIGHWAY AND TRANSPORTATION

0012|     DEPARTMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING IMPROVEMENTS TO THE

0013|     INTERSECTION AT CERRILLOS ROAD AND CAMINO CARLOS REY IN SANTA

0014|     FE IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0017|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand
    |
0018|     dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0019|     state highway and transportation department for expenditure in
    |
0020|     fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of planning, designing and
    |
0021|     constructing improvements to the intersection at Cerrillos road
    |
0022|     and Camino Carlos Rey in Santa Fe, located in Santa Fe county. 
    |
0023|     The appropriation is contingent upon provision of matching
    |
0024|     funds by the city of Santa Fe in an amount not less than thirty
    |
0025|     thousand dollars ($30,000).  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0001|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert
    |
0002|     to the general fund.
