GENERAL FUND--CHANGE OF PURPOSE-- | 0017| APPROPRIATION.--The balance of the proceeds from the general | 0018| fund appropriation to the local government division of the | 0019| department of finance and administration for the acquisition of | 0020| land to be used as the site of a community fire station at | 0021| Chamisal in Taos county pursuant to Paragraph (30) of | 0022| Subsection B of Section 49 of Chapter 148 of Laws 1994 and as | 0023| extended pursuant to Laws 1995, Chapter 218, Section 26 shall | 0024| not be expended for that purpose but is reauthorized and | 0025| appropriated to the local government division of the department | 0001| of finance and administration to plan or construct a fire | 0002| substation in Chamisal in Taos county. Any unexpended or | 0003| unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 | 0004| shall revert to the general fund. | 0005| Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public | 0006| peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately. | 0007|  |
