Section 60-13-58 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1978, | 0016| Chapter 194, Section 1, as amended) is amended to read: | 0017| "60-13-58. TERMINATION OF AGENCY LIFE--DELAYED REPEAL.-- | 0018| The construction industries commission and division and its | 0019| trade bureaus are terminated on July 1, [1997] 2005 | 0020| pursuant to the Sunset Act. The construction industries | 0021| commission and division and its trade bureaus shall continue to | 0022| operate according to the provisions of Chapter 60, Article 13 | 0023| NMSA 1978 and Chapter 70, Article 5 NMSA 1978 until July 1, | 0024| [1998] 2006. Effective July 1, [1998] 2006, Chapter | 0025| 60, Article 13 NMSA 1978 and Chapter 70, Article 5 NMSA 1978 | 0001| are repealed." | 0002| Section 2. The board shall | 0021| continue to operate according to the provisions of Chapter 61, | 0022| Article 6 NMSA 1978 until July 1, [1998] 2004. Effective | 0023| July 1, [1998 Article 6 of] 2004, Chapter 61, Article 6 | 0024| NMSA 1978 is repealed." | 0025| Section 7.
