0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO CONTINUE THE SOCIAL SERVICES AND

0012|     TUTORS ASSISTING YOUTH PROGRAM IN SOUTHERN DONA ANA COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty-five
    |
0016|     thousand dollars ($125,000) is appropriated from the general
    |
0017|     fund to the children, youth and families department for
    |
0018|     expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of continuing
    |
0019|     the social services and tutors assisting youth program in
    |
0020|     southern Dona Ana county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0021|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert
    |
0022|     to the general fund.
