APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand | 0017| dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0018| department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for | 0019| the purpose of funding northwest New Mexico fighting back, a | 0020| community-based organization that seeks to reduce the demand | 0021| for alcohol and drugs through community organizing and public | 0022| awareness in McKinley, Cibola and San Juan counties.
