       1.  On page 2, line 1, strike "eleven" and insert in lieu
  thereof "nine".
  
       2.  On page 2, line 7, strike "ten" and insert in lieu thereof
  "nine".
  
       3.  On page 2, line 9, strike "and one member of the public
  who has a".
  
       4.  On page 2, line 10, strike "background in business", and
  strike "four" and insert in lieu thereof "three".
