                     HOUSE BILL 30, as amended
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  Strike House Agriculture and Water Resources Committee
  Amendment 2.
  
      2.  On page 6, line 6, after the period insert "However, there
  shall be no prohibition against killing of venomous reptiles.",
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
