       Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has
  been referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 12
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 7, line 7, before the colon insert "any of the
  following investments in an amount not to exceed forty percent of
  any fund that the state treasurer invests".
  
       2.  On page 8, line 4, strike "primarily".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
