0006| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0007|      Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--
    |
0008|           A.  The following amounts are appropriated from the general
    |
0009| fund to the administrative office of the courts for expenditure in
    |
0010| fiscal year 1998 for the following purposes:
    |
0011|                (1)  one hundred seventy thousand dollars ($170,000)
    |
0012| for supplemental funding; and
    |
0013|                (2)  four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for
    |
0014| supplemental funding of the magistrate courts.
    |
0015|           B.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0016| the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.      
    |
