0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|       Section 1.  REPEAL.--Sections 33-9-1 through 33-9-10 NMSA
    |
0017|     1978 (being Laws 1983, Chapter 202, Sections 1 though 9, Laws
    |
0018|     1986, Chapter 30, Section 1 and Laws 1983, Chapter 202, Section
    |
0019|     10, as amended) are repealed.
    |
0020|       Section 2.  EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public
    |
0021|     peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.
