0012|     RELATING TO CAPITAL EXPENDITURES; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|       Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty thousand
    |
0017|     dollars ($120,000) is appropriated from the state road fund to
    |
0018|     the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in
    |
0019|     fiscal year 1997 for infrastructure projects on Nambe pueblo. 
    |
0020|     Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0021|     fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the state road fund.
