0002| MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR CERTAIN STATE AGENCY PROJECTS AND PROGRAMS.

0004| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0005|      Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Three million seven hundred fifty-five
    |
0006| thousand dollars ($3,755,000) is appropriated from the subsequent injury
    |
0007| fund to the development training fund for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0008| 1997 for the purpose of paying for in-plant development training
    |
0009| programs conducted pursuant to the provisions of Section 21-19-7 NMSA
    |
0010| 1978.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0011| fiscal year 1997 shall not revert to the subsequent injury fund.
    |
0012|      Section 2.  APPROPRIATION.--One million dollars ($1,000,000) is
    |
0013| appropriated from the subsequent injury fund to the corrections
    |
0014| department for expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the purpose of paying
    |
0015| for the operational expenses of that department.  Any unexpended or
    |
0016| unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1997 shall
    |
0017| revert to the general fund.

0018|      Section 3.  APPROPRIATION.--One million dollars ($1,000,000) is
    |
0019| appropriated from the general fund to the human services department for
    |
0020| expenditure in fiscal year 1997 for the purpose of providing medicaid
    |
0021| payments.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end
    |
0022| of fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund.
